Handcraft Homes is a
Class-A contractor with offices located in Goochland,
Virginia. We build homes in the following counties; Goochland, Chesterfield,
Hanover, Henrico, Louisa, and Powhatan. Typically we build within a 40 mile
radius of the town of Goochland, Virginia (

willing to travel farther.
At Handcraft Homes we take pride in our work. We are dedicated to providing

Our exclusive
floor plans, which are designed in-house, are spacious and
inviting and show off the best qualities of a home. We can design your own
unique plan from the ground-up, or we can use a plan you provide. Either
way, with our in-house design services we can deliver the plan of your
dreams.
About the Owners:
Handcraft Homes is owned and operated by brothers Wayne & Richard
Grebe. They started their careers as builders back in 1978 when they
built a retirement house
(click here for photos) for their father, Alfred, on the east end
of Long Island, NY in a subdivision named,
Roses Grove (note: this link requires Google Earth to be installed). Shortly after that Wayne did the design work to
convert their grandparents ranch-style home into a Cape
Cod-style. Wayne and Richard also performed all the major
construction tasks on that project as well. Since that time building homes has remained a
constant theme.
